§ 405-28. Nonrefundable deposit for slip renewal applications.

Effective January 2005 a nonrefundable deposit of $200 will be required by all slip renewal applicants to maintain eligibility for consideration of a slip agreement for the upcoming season. Deposits shall be due between January l through January 31.
