§ 402-1. Town cemeteries and columbarium; locations.

The Town of Barnstable maintains and operates 14 active and inactive cemeteries and one 96-niche columbarium. Active cemeteries are those in which burial lots and niches are available for licensing assignment to residents of the Town. Inactive cemeteries are those in which no lots remain available for licensing assignment.
