§ 401A-4. Hours of operation and staffing.

A.
Subject to appropriations, lifeguard availability and unless otherwise posted, lifeguards may be on duty from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily beginning in late June.

B.
Unless otherwise posted, gates are opened at 9:00 a.m. and are locked promptly at 9:00 p.m.

C.
Unless otherwise posted, parking fees are collected from 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

D.
No bathing beaches (including bathhouses) are staffed prior to Memorial Day weekend.

E.
Unless otherwise posted, restrooms are open 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
